Optifanatics.com is a trading style of Minim Technology Limited - based just outside London and registered in the UK. We
operate via the web and mail order only from our offices and storage facilities in Ashford and Staines in Surrey. We don't
offer a retail outlet or trade counter.

Note that we do not accept visitors without prior arrangement, do not currently conduct day to day operations from this office
and do not hold stock on site. As an online business, we do not normally offer telephone sales or enquiries, however in the
event of problems you can contact us via telephone or fax on 01784 242 445.
This website serves as an online catalogue for our new and used product sales. Minim Technology Limited, its directors and
staff will not be held liable for loss or damages incurred as a result of direct or indirect use of this website. All
contracts for sale of goods are entered into on an individual basis via direct communication with customers via email, fax,
postal mail or telephone. We will confirm a full price including VAT and delivery charges before formally accepting your
order - we want you to be absolutely clear of what you're paying. We reserve the right to refuse any sale if we believe the
transaction to be fraudulent or for any other reason.
Products
We offer two categories of products for sale, which are listed in separate sections throughout the site: 'new items' and 'new
and used special offers'. Each category of items have different availability and warranty terms as described below.
Pricing
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and subject to VAT at the current UK rate as stated throughout the site. A VAT receipt
will be issued to you and sent with your order. Our VAT registration number is 710993433. Prices are subject to change and
errors and omissions are excepted. We will confirm the final price including delivery and VAT via email before you finally
enter into a contract of sale with us.
Payment
Payment is accepted in Pounds Sterling only. We accept cash, cheques, postal orders, direct bank transfers or online electronic payment via
NOCHEX or PayPal.
All postal payment is sent at the customer's risk, so please use insured delivery when sending cash or postal orders.
Cheque's are payable to 'Minim Technology Limited' and must clear prior to despatch of goods - this typically takes 4-7
working days. Cheques returned unpaid will be subject to banking fees rechargeable to the customer. Title in all goods remains the property of
Minim Technology Limited until payment is received in full.
Delivery
We will normally deliver all items to any most locations worldwide, providing there are no embargos or other
restrictions on trade with the destination, and that insured 'signed-for' delivery is available from the UK. We will
advise full delivery costs before formally accepting your order. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact
us to confirm we can deliver to your location and to get a price. Delivery to UK destinations typically takes 1-3 days
from despatch. We do not aim to make profit on delivery charges. Typically items will be despatched upon receipt of
cleared payment within 1-3 working days.
Warranty
Items marked 'new from the factory' are brand new as described and come with full manufacturer's warranty.
Items from the 'new and used special offers' section comprise both new and used clearance items, often sold at very
considerable discounts. The condition of these items is as described on the product detail page. We assure these items
to arrive in the condition described and unless described otherwise on the product detail page, they come without warranty.
These items are typically limited to small quantities. Used projectors and other mains powered equipment are supplied
without any certification for electrical safety as may be required for your application.
Returns
Items covered by manufacturers warranty failing within the terms of the warranty should be returned to us for repair or
replacement. Firstly a returns authorisation number should be obtained by contacting us, giving full details of the
product fault, invoice numbers and serial numbers. Items returned without a returns number will not be accepted.
We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of returned items, caused in transit to us, so please arrange for
proper insured carriage. Items must be returned at the buyers expense if the buyer cancels. Cancellations
should be advised immediately and must be within 7 days of receipt.
