Bossed or magnetic?
Effect wheels have either a bossed or magnetic fitting - please be sure to choose the right type. You may need the Magnetic Wheel Rotator Adaptor to fit a magnetic wheel. Click here for more information.
Please expect longer lead times on bossed wheels showing as 'to order'.
The distortion wheels are used in front of either a slide or a rotating image wheel to distort the projection to create soft abstract effects or water ripple.
The 'Strong' wheel has the most prominent distorting effect on the projected image. This wheel can also be used in conjunction with a Medium Distortion Wheel to create a stunning water ripple effect (see video clip...)
Suitable for use with projectors accepting two 6" image wheels on rotators or one wheel and a static gobo/slide, e.g. Solar 250, K1 etc…
